October 22, 23 - Dog Days at Old Westbury Gardens, New York
Bring your leashed dog to enjoy some healthy exercise in designated areas of the grounds. Meet fellow dog lovers in a beautiful environment.
October 23 - Fall Dog Festival
Games, agility demonstrations, exhibits by animal welfare organizations. Entertainment provided by Jilli Dog, one of America’s top trick dogs, musical performance by Furry Murray and the Bow Wow Babes. Costume contest and parade at 3.

Guided hikes for dogs (and their owners!)
FREE. Non-dog walkers are also welcome. Hike will cover about 4 miles over easy trails with some rocky sections. Dogs must be leashed. Check their website for dates.
October 15 at 10am
Meet at Kearney House at Alpine Boat Basin & Picnic Area (PIP Exit 2). Hike covers about 3.5 miles in about 1.5 hours over easy trails with some rocky sections.
